Global Head, User Experience for Data Markets Corporate, Managing Director, Hybrid
Who we are looking for
The Global Markets, Enterprise Data, Risk, Finance & Corporate Systems team is looking to hire a Global Head for User Experience.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for
As Global Head, User Experience for Data Markets Corporate you will
• Build best-in-class user experience team to cover all proprietary and vendor product user interfaces in Data, Markets, and Corporate technology (DMC).
• Manage full design lifecycle for new and existing products, including: North Star sessions, iterative designs and function maps, clickable prototypes
• Ensure consistency of experience in families of products and client-facing applications, building a shared visual language to increase user satisfaction and to lessen learning curves for new functionality
• Build reusable visual library components to speed development and ensure consistency
• Liaise with Marketing and other teams focused on brand and experience to ensure alignment where applicable.
• Liase with Office of Architecture on enterprise standards and contribute to shared libraries
• Conduct user research and acceptance testing
• Provide active support for transformation efforts that require iterative prototyping to be successful

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Over 15 years of financial services experience, with strong management skills
• Deep functional knowledge of the financial industry, preferably in Foreign Exchange, Sales Trading and eFX, Portfolio Solutions, Financing Solutions and Enterprise Risk Management .
• Ability to focus on multiple, time-sensitive activities without compromising the quality of work
• Ability to collaborate and motivate highest performance and inspires confidence in the business.
Additional requirements
• The ability to travel and work occasional nights and weekends is a non-negotiable requirement.

Salary Range:
$175,000 - $287,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
